I will be opening a new brick and mortar shop in Louisville, Kentucky this fall!

I have been very busy with working out all the details, so I do appologize for being hard to find of late. This means that I will be relocating AND opening a shop all in a very short period of time. It will be stressful, but oh so exciting.

The shop is called The Makery and I am currently seeking designers, crafters, artists, or makers of things interested in consignment with the new shop.

The Makery is set to open this fall at 1617 Bardstown Rd and will house a new workshop for Dearest Inez and will be a consignment storefront to showcase the makery of others.

Current looking for:
Clothing: from scratch, reconstructed, recycled, hand screened
Accessories: pouches, bags, totes, wallets, scarves, other knit goods
Jewelry: necklaces, earrings, bracelets, cuffs, rings, brooches
Other: handspun yarns, handbound books, zines, art work, soaps, lipbalms, furniture (at times that we have room), paper goods, housewares, original patterns and instructional kits, and anything else you might show us that we love.

september is coming and you know what that means! the renegade craft fair in chicago! so i’ve been working to get lots of new things ready! the fair will be held september 15 & 16 12pm-10pm. 

dearest inez will be sharing a table this year with two super awesome folks - bejeezus zine and mperfect design.

come out if you can. its worth driving a good piece just to see all of the amazing handmades!
